Will Cosmas is an accomplished litigation attorney with almost two decades of experience representing sophisticated individuals, closely held corporations, and large companies in complex domestic and international business disputes and real estate matters. He is a proven, trusted advisor who offers his clients strategic counsel to develop creative, efficient solutions to achieve their goals

Over the course of his career, Will has been a partner at two leading litigation boutiques in Boston, where he represented individuals and corporations facing significant civil liability through litigation and arbitration in state, federal, and international forums. He has been selected as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer for Business Litigation from 2020-2025 and previously was named a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star for ten consecutive years. Will has also been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® from 2022-2026 for Commercial Litigation.

Will is a zealous advocate, whether on behalf of business, individual, or pro bono clients. In a 2014 pro bono matter, Will represented a successful petitioner for clemency from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, who obtained one of Massachusetts' first pardons since 2002. He is also a pragmatic lawyer who looks for creative, efficient ways to achieve his clients' goals.

Will currently serves as Chairperson of the City of Beverly Zoning Board of Appeals.

Previously, he was a member of the Vestry at St. John’s Episcopal Church, Beverly Farms, and Will also served two terms as President of the Georgetown Club of Greater Boston, the university's official alumni club in Massachusetts.
